Hummingbird Architecture’s Jacob Lupton began his high-rise career on One South Market. While with C2K Architecture, Jacob had a significant role designing the pool deck, garage screen, leasing office and other signature elements of this apartment tower. His role also included Construction Administration support while construction came to a close.

 

With over half a million square feet, this 312-unit, mixed-use, 23-story apartment tower was the first post-recession high-rise completed in downtown San Jose. One South Market’s many design successes maked it an excellent exemplar of high-rise apartment development in San Jose.
